Ethan Employment ordinarily collects, uses and discloses personal information to facilitate the search for, selection and recruitment of candidates. Personal Information includes a person’s name, phone number, home address, resume, references, education and work experience and other job-related and education information. Ethan Employment may use online services to help it search for and recruit candidates, and may disclose information that identifies its candidates and employees to such service providers for this purpose.

As an employer and employment service representing associates to potential employers, Ethan Employment collects previous employment information in order to develop a detailed understanding of a potential associate’s work style, abilities, history and experience. We are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller. We will contact previous employers to verify information provided regarding past work history. Ethan Employment will not knowingly contact current employers without express permission to do so. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that your Personal Data is maintained and up to date. However, you are under a duty to inform us of any and all changes to your Personal Data to ensure that it is up to date and we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly. We will not disclose, trade, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information, without your consent, except as set out herein.
